Intention. Craft. Emotions. Art.

Sometimes I just know I like something and I can't explain it. I worry at times that a craft needs to be intentional, and for the most part a lot of what I photograph has an intention that I get to discover while I discover the object that pulled me in. But in some cases I can't figure it out and ends up being a shot taken solely based on obscure gut reactions. I think it's important to trust it though, because if intention is vital to the craft, emotions are vital to art.
